Thats not actually true if it is an ingame service traded for ingame currency then violating the agreement is a violation of TOS it says so when making a ticket.
If you buy a carry, you must take the risk. It is not an official Blizzard service.

Why would you buy gear so late in the xpac? That’s the real waste of money.
Because we still have 4 months of the expansion at a minimum and gearing up alts is ridiculous

I guess. I can see paying money for a mount because those are forever but buying gear just seems silly.
You could have told your side of it, just remove the names of players involved was all you had to do. Either way, Blizzard has never supported buying “loot runs” and they take a very hands off approach to dealing with issues that come up.
I posted it on the realms where the raiders were to make it more likely that people will realize who these individuals were. I know that it is very unlikely I will get anything back my goal is to make sure that people who are purchasing sales actually makes sure they will get every piece of gear
