I unlearned skinning on this character. I learned Classic and Khaz Algar mining.
I went to Dalaran via my Dalaran Hearthstone.
There is no option to learn Legion mining from the mining trainer.
Update: The game doesn’t inform players when they visit the Legion mining trainer, but apparently you simply go mine in any Legion zone and obtain Legion mining.
