It is very likely the OP meant to post this in the Wrath Classic forums.
They (the devs) most certainly did remove RDF from that iteration of the game.
I am as disappointed by it as the OP.

Yeah I am struggling with this as well, took me almost 2 hours to get together a Utgarde Keep normal going for my hunter alt I’m running and for all the time I spent waiting at the stone I coulda gotten half a level.
So I am likely just going to end up with another character with a quest log full of dungeon quests I will never be able to do (unless I have a whole day to stare at a summon stone)
I may be having “small server, few horde” issues though, and its making my problem more prominent than it would be for players on larger realms… But if they did add RDF (they will eventually) I would have a larger group of players to play with for dungeon content, plus as mentioned by others, even if the que was long at least I could do SOMETHING useful while I wait.
Don’t quit, just come over to the side that does have RDF and dungeon finders and group finders and PvP finders… All kinds of cool stuff!

The lack of dungeon finder killed my interest in wrath classic. WoTLK chain tanking random dungeons to grind out heirloom gear was absolutely peak WoW for me.
Yeah I lost it after they said “RDF is not keeping with the Classic WoW experience.” and in the next paragraph talk about the new boosts to near max level they’re selling. I just couldn’t.

They didnt post on a Classic toon, so they are playing on retail, me thinks.
Lots of posters who post in the Wrath Classic forums post on retail characters; myself included.
RDF is clearly in the retail version of the game. I am nigh certain the OP isn’t claiming that it is not and simply either meant to post his thread in the Wrath forums or decided to post here for more visibility and/or to dodge the more hostile anti-rdf posters from the Wrath forums.
Yeah, just as alive as people shrieking political hot takes to one another!

you do realize you can also do them at max level for gold instead of exp. also atiesh has a small horde community at around 2kish.
Actually I hadn’t considered the gold thing lol… and yeah the small horde population is a bit of an obstacle. Though I would say a great majority of the horde on Atiesh are pretty cool people, I might have to scout out more horde heavy servers to see if people are equally as helpful.
Just feels like such a shame there’s no access to that larger pool of horde on other servers (Atiesh was pretty bumping back at the initial launch of wow classic, just bad luck of the draw that this server dried up for team red as time went on lol)
