I’m not a huge fan of generic emojis. I’m used to those twitch emotes these days.

Why does it matter?

Why spread negativity with emojis when you can do so much more…like :pizza:!

Again, why does it matter?

Why make a thread about something that doesn’t matter?

Aww, you deleted your post where you stuck the middle finger up at me with emojis. Someone is scared of punishment

Does anything matters at all in this cold, uncaring universe bound to end anyway?

I don’t report peoples posts unless it’s genuinely trolling. We’re you trolling? If so, then I will report it

I agree. There are several letters that need removed as well. Why are they here if we cant use them how we want?

Blizzard doesn’t want you to have fun with your emojis.

Because it came with the forum setup and Blizzard didn’t want to bother with deleting it.

So you can practice self control.

Oh stop the hyperbole. There is a huge difference between coding in an emoji that has one very specific meaning and removing letters that are fundamental for communication and can be used for a wide variety of meanings.

Why can’t I buy a heroic ghuun kill with real money? I mean, it’s there for me to use.

Maybe blizzard doesn’t want me to do it?

Must have left their best forum devs on mobile.

It’s probably a part of a package with the forum software and can’t be separated from it. Just because something is there doesn’t mean you should use it.

Blizzard isn’t helping you facilitate that transaction. They provide you with the emote.

Now if blizzard set up a payment option to facilitate your heroic kill and then took action that would be as equally ridiculous.

But why can’t I buy one? It’s there for people to use.

Is it because Blizzard doesn’t want me to buy one?

My take on this is that Blizzard wants you to find creative ways to tell people to go … themselves without getting banned.

Yeah I was being silly. But they are still similar. Using a finger emoji is a no no. Putting letters together in a certain order is a no no. Now it is up to the user to try to control themselves. Good luck!

This. It probably falls under censored swearing, which is against the rules. While there is no forum syntax stopping you from saying “bleeping” when used to describe something you don’t like, we all know what you meant to say, therefore it’s against the rules.
