People talk about putting in the effort and then make threads about just filling the group with people way higher item level than you and just get carried through it
The entire raid took a few minutes? As the group leader you have to deal with all the random bs drama and leavers and refilling and whatever other nonsense arises for the entire run.

… but at the same time he’s putting in the time, effort and homework to actually organize and recruit the PUG and learn the fights.
Who cares if he’s getting carried when he’s put in the time to take care of all the busywork. If I were pugging, I’d be happy to carry someone if they set up a smooth-running group.
Yea, I will never lead a raid group. Unless I am working with another player for some interrupt order, although I do not think I have done that since Maloriak. I usually just stay quiet otherwise, unless I notice something.
That’s what tanks are there for. I never lead the raids I make. The tanks usually just take over or people know what to do. If people are really struggling then I’ll step in and give some advice,
