Heh okay i AM heaing you, but being that he only quoted a portion of your post, i felt he was proving that particular portion of your post as being correct.
That portion being the second sentance.
Peace and love
That was more difficult than it needed to be.
to say I’m not attracted to trans people?
Is a lesbian saying she’s no longer attracted to a character because they have been retconned to be male distasteful towards men? (I’m not a lesbian, but it’s the same logic)
Chromie is now a male, so I am no longer attracted to Chromie.
My intention isn’t to offend anyone, for a person who likes to crush on fictional characters, I can no longer be attracted to Chromie and I am no longer attracted to Chromie ever since that folk tale book was released. It’s not about being distasteful, it’s simply stating what I’m not attracted to.
I never said I no longer liked Chromie as a character.
Saying I’m not x attracted to a trans character or transpeople isn’t disrespecful, you cannot force a lesbian to be straight/like men, you cannot force a straight people to not be straight. Explain how it’s disrespectful to state how a character is no longer within my x preference. A character who I would own a body pillow for before the changes?
So many things wrong with the statement you made. First, Chromie is female and not a man, second, Chromie uses she/her pronouns. I never said anything about your preferences but you did and I thought it was distasteful to mention it and then say because Chromie was trans, you didn’t find them attractive anymore. The way its worded is a bit transphobic.
Chromie is a man who identifies as a woman, I am not attracted to anyone trans.
And my original post literally was about how I used to be attracted to Chromie and now I am not because they are trans. It wasn’t mean to be transphobic, not being attracted to a trans person isn’t transphobia.
If I worded it incorrectly, then put in your own words what I should have said instead without seeming transphobic.
I’m going to miss CRUSHING on Chromie, as in I’m going to miss being attracted to Chromie, hard to see Chromie the same way, as in, hard to see Chromie from a romantic lense. It’s literally in the following words.
Saying I’m no longer attracted to Chromie because “Chromie is a she” now, would make zero freaking sense linguistically.
My post you responded to is literally me saying how Chromie is no longer in my x preference.
Hello, I see you replied to the thread. If Chromie is a female, that means she isn’t trans! I feel like the OPs entire point has come full circle to people admitting that she isn’t trans, haha!
I’m so confuuuuuused. I swear this shih isn’t Autism friendly at all. As a person with Autism, I cannot properly grasp any of this. I feel like it’s easier for neurotypicals, but for people like me with Autism, we cannot rewire our brains and use mental gymnastics like that.
Is Chromie a he or a she? Is Chromie trans or not?
