figured it out!
You are grouped with a shaman, aren’t you? Blessing of Wisdom does not stack with the shaman Mana Spring Totem. As I believe the totem is ever so slightly more powerful, it clears the Wisdom buff.
Tell your shaman to drop other totems or the paladin to apply a different blessing.
Mana Spring at its base is actually weaker than BoW, but if Mana Spring is talented and BoW is not, then Mana Spring will be stronger.
If you take 2/2 Improved Blessing of Wisdom, then the Blessing will always be stronger and will not get removed.
