We are getting closer to having our second Kara team running on the weekends. The raid will most likely be Saturdays around 7pm server time but we will find what works best for everyone once we have the numbers.
We are looking for a few more people that would fit in well with us. More important than being raid ready and experienced is being a good fit. We are a light hearted group that like to help each other, tease each other and swear a bit from time to time. We are mostly mature (in the age sense) and over the hardcore raiding scene but still want to enjoy the content.

Right now we are testing two raid times of Friday at 6 server time and Saturday at 7 server time.
If you feel these times may work for you and think we would be a good fit for you them message me in game and we can chat!
So we had our first 2 team raid this past week. It was successful with one team going 6/11 (called early due to tank needing to leave) and the other team going 8/11. Not too bad considering alot of people were first timers in there or alts.
We are looking to expand our raiding roster to get to the point where we have at least 25 raiders to allow us to get into the 25 mans. We are in current need of a bit of everything. A DPS shaman, tank, healer or 2 and some other DPS (boomkin would be nice).
More important than spec/gear/experience is you. We are looking for people that are easy-going, have a good sense of humor and mesh well with our group dynamic. We have many older folks and some tend to have potty mouths. We all have real lives that come before the game so understanding is needed when someone needs to step away. We are much like a family within the game with some crazy uncles and wild grannies to make things fun.

Not posting on any of my classic toons because they are currently all in the same guild that I am looking to move from. They are mostly a great group of friendly and helpful folks but there are things about it that just do not jive with my personality. I am a 56 year old player that has been playing since true vanilla (beta) and as hard as I tried just could not bring myself to like shadowlands.
I have been leveling several toons since coming to classic. Only one toon is currently leveling in TBC (a druid that I planned to be my main) but I am also enjoying playing alts occasionally.
My question is, how do you feel about folks who play alts, may not play for several days… and do you have folks that run dungeons of all levels for your members who are not maxed yet or are you primarily a max level guild.
Edit to add: EX hard core raider that just does not have it in me to be hard core anymore.
