It would have been cool if they at least let us earn a phase shifting mount, but as far as I know there is none.

For some reason I thought phase diving was going to be some flying minigame.
Please don’t tell me it is the same as that minigame from the Maw.
It’s on the Reshii Wraps talent tree.
It should unlock next week.

With all of the teleporters I didnt really mind.
Find an entry point, teleport to the quest area, do it, and then click the buff to leave the phase. Repeat as needed…quick and easy

This, but I swear people these days need everything, quick and in a small burst. Anything that takes some time is just too much to ask for. Its the tik tok rot.
Wow I didn’t notice this at all, so we earn a ‘phase lost slateback’ next week to help with mounting while phased! Nice ty for pointing this out it’s at the very bottom of that description and probably didn’t get noticed well by everyone.
I didn’t mind but I also didn’t find it exciting or engaging, and certainly didn’t feel like it added anything to the game.
It was just a pink phase where mounts are currently disabled and the content was the same old same old.

3rd tree talent gives us that. So next week I assume we can ride mounts.

phase shifting is awesome. now not only will you not fly fast enough to make it to the event or rare. you will have to figure out what phase it is in 1st then get to a phase pad and then run.

Find it boring…but its something to knock out later in the patch in queue when conquest uncaps.

What I do is check my map for the phase diving WQ, use the teleport to instant travel, phase, and then just hop over to the quest. I personally don’t find them any different than a normal world quest. Then, when I’m done, I just insta-travel wherever else I want to go. Super quick to knock out the quests since they sit close by the teleports. Idk, I enjoyed it!
But I also strongly believe that how we approach new content also has to do with how burnt out people are. I’ve been kinda holding back all expansion so jumping into S3 excited with more defined goals.
is phase diving really anything other than doing world quests, but with extra steps?
