You are doing it wrong. Vigor is always capped.

Not after they get the upgrades. I had to sit and wait for vigor a couple times, but it was fine. My dragon just needed a little rest.

There are much worse time wasters than that.

There was like, 1 place where that was a thing iirc and that was the tyrshold glyph at the top of the skybox.

I’m in the process of getting glyphs. I fly to the tall things, then wait for vigor to recharge so I can fly up and reach them.

Over and over again.

Doing the same, it’s really frustrating.

You’re doing it the hard way. Only use skyward ascent, then point yourself on a slight angle. Keep using it only skyward ascent. You won’t run out of vigor and you can just keep flying.

By the time you finish one zone and apply those talents, you should be able to clear the other 3 without touching the ground once. Why are you not maintaining enough speed to keep your vigor charging in the air between glyphs?

Pretty much. Jump off cliff, gain speed, skyward ascent, slight angle down to keep speed and recharge, skyward ascent, rinse and repeat.

people having vigor issues are the people who had anima issues.

You can also angle yourself about 45 degrees up during Skyward Ascent to get significantly more height out of it

Fully upgraded flying since day 1 here, they should really improve the recharge on the ground to 5 seconds.

Exactly. It is very easy to maintain vigor. The forward thrust is basically free as it will regen your vigor very quickly.
