It’s the price for decent PvP gear without raiding.
But sincerely for a casual playtime schedule, you could likely get better gear for pvp by just occasionally raiding.
The gear won’t look all pretty as a matching set, and you won’t have a fancy title- but the stats on several raid items are outright superior to the pvp gear sets. It would be more than sufficient for holding your own in some WSG/ABs.
