Delena login issues

I can’t log on either, All realms showing as “unavailable”. Immediately disconnects me. Thanks for any help

Hey Delena,

Make sure that WoW is up to date in the Battle.net desktop app. The current version should be 9.0.2.36734

If it doesn’t show that version next to the Play button, you can go to Options -> Check for Updates to force it to update.

Any update on the server queue issues yet?

Unfortunately, “check for updates” is grayed out and I can’t use that option. Thanks for the reply but it won’t work for me. If it helps, there is a message that I have an update waiting and it will run when the game closes. I’ve logged completely off and restarted but the update doesn’t start. Any other help or suggestions would be really appreciated. Thanks

Try restarting the computer and then see if it will update. Sounds like something is stuck.

If a quick restart of the system doesn’t help you may want to try temporarily disabling any anti-virus or security software and then try again.

I just did a reboot but the update still didn’t start. I’ll try disabling anti-virus. Hopefully that will help. Will be back if it doesn’t. Thanks

Thanks for the attempts to help! I finally went into task manager and manually forced the app and the game to close. When I rebooted again the patch loaded. Appreciate you all…Happy Thanksgiving.
