Will deftness ever be implemented into old content or are we just stuck?

Deftness works in old content, but you have to scream at your monitor “I AM SPEED” to actually make your character gather faster.

Agreed. Going from Dragonflight to Burning Crusade to grind Netherwing Rep, my skinning is so… slow. (Falls asleep) Nightmare of having to carry a speed set around for old content. Noooooooo.
