So, I didn’t do much in legion save, level 4 of my characters to max level and mostly via PVP. Now, I have gone back and done the quest with the little draenei girl and am looking to do the DK mount line. But the “Defending the Broken Isles” got me stumped. I have done like 3 legion invasions and then the quest goes right back to 0/4 completed? Is this a bug, or do you have to do something else after defending against the legion invasion?

Probably an unnecessary question, but did you do the invasion to completion, including the scenario and the boss at the end? Also, it needs to be one of the invasions on the main continent; not the invasion points on Argus.
Sorry, just trying to rule out the obvious. I just did that quest tonight and it worked fine for me.

So I did do the entire scenario I am pretty sure, and no I am doing the ones in Val Shara, Stormheim, and such. I get 4 points finished, and then the quest just goes back to 0/4 - there is no pace to turn it in I was wondering if maybe I had to do something else since now legion is the past expack
are you getting voice dialogue to go talk to someone after finishing 4 quests?
sounds like a UI bug you may need to reset your interface
You’re doing the right invasions, but as Rautha said, after doing 4 quests there should be a follow up quest to talk to an NPC in that zone who will give you a couple of other quests, and upon completing those, you’ll get a prompt to queue for a scenario.
If you don’t queue for and complete the 3 player scenario, the invasion isn’t considered complete and doesn’t count for the Defending the Broken Isles quest.
