I, along with seemingly a bunch of people, completed Mythic Dawn of the Infinite on mythic before the next raid tier but did not get the Defender of the Timeways achievement or the sweet title, “Of the Infinite.” I submitted a ticket at the time but it was marked as “Resolved” and pointed me to a support article about this known issue. Almost a year later, I still don’t have a resolution for this problem. I opened another ticket and was told that customer support can’t do anything about it. There are other forum posts about it but the original support article was taken down without a resolution for anyone involved. Is blizz just hoping we will all forget about this? Really frustrating, I hope we can get a solution.
Still got a friend with whom I ran and did this week who hasn’t gotten credit yet. Gotta stay on Blizz with this one.
