I have been trying for days with died at least 20 times to Defeat Jakra’Zet quest but keep dying. I am using a level 57 Ice Mage. Is this quest impossible? Can someone guide me? I have tried everything…I think.

Taking a look at the quest on wowhead (Defeat Jakra’zet) it looks like collecting bubbles during the encounter is essential.
I’d take a look at the comments for more advice - it looks like one user suggested using the terrain (running out to remove line of sight) and healing was also an option.
Be sure to use flasks, healing pots, and any other help you can!
This quest can be really rough on some classes. I remember when BfA was current my warrior ended up having to just come back after I’d geared up at max level to finish it.
The easiest solution if you’ve got Dragonflight would be to level to 61 (which you can do in BfA content) and then buy the lvl 61 crafted BoEs off the AH. (Or, if you don’t have Dragonflight, get to 60 and then gear up a bit in BfA.)
