Quad’s don’t need mounts they are their own. Then again riding being restricted to 20… actually. That raises a question I never thought of before. Shadowcopy… I mean Shadowlands, will riding be down at level 10?..
Anyway. These dryads you’re showing. Are they a Shadowland thing or just someones wishful thinking? 
Truth be told though I just want Naga for Horde and Furbolg for Alliance. The more “non-human” we get the closer to those actually happening.
Nope, they’re straight outta Shadowlands, from Ardenweald. They are indeed called fauns, and there are dryads but they are called Vorkai. I haven’t played beta or alpha so I’m not exactly sure if they’re super present.
Also, it’s ironic, you say Sethrak would never be a part of the Alliance, yet say we should get Naga despite having an entire expansion’s worth of killing them for serving Aszhara. And furbolg have had no genuine positive interaction with those outside of their tribes besides during the War of the Ancients. Many furbolgs are corrupted, even non-corrupted ones don’t really want anything to do with civilizations.
(I remember a questline where you disguise yourself as a furbolg and talk to an uncorrupted furbolg, and they express their disdain for the Night Elves for defiling nature. But that is not to say that all of them hate humanoid races.)
We realistically have more chances of having Sethrak than either of those two. I wouldn’t mind having them but I want a non-furry race to appease my inner scalie desire.
This is… entirely the right place for this type of conversation but I fear we would derail the main subject of the thread. Specifically it being about options other than Naga or Furbolg. Or Sethrak.

I have a few in my own corner but I don’t want to spoil the thread for others. Besides I’ve made plenty of posts in threads on my desire for four principle races to be included. Feels… redundant? Then again who doesn’t want to play a Murloc and run around “/yell Mrrrrrgrrrrl!” at random people?
Horde gets centaurs and Tauren leave to the alliance. Win win.
Alliance gets dryads. Or keepers of the grove.
Metzen the Reindeer should be leader of the Deer People.

Why would they need to mount when they could get something like worgen to run at mount speed? As far as flying goes, they’re clearly father winters reindeer, and as such just gallop on the air.
