I was curious about this skill. I have no idea how to get it to proc. First off, I’m playing enhancement, don’t know if that matters atm as i don’t know if this skill is on other specializations. I have played about 4 hours and it hasn’t proced, am I just really really unlucky on my maelstrom use or does it proc off something else.
