Deeply Rooted Elements needs to be 10% for Elemental

I like the potential of DRE as a legendary that can be used for multi specs and while it does proc fairly often as Resto and Enhancement, it’s got a very low proc rate as Elemental, thus suggesting its proc rate should be 10%. The proc rate is better if you have multiple Flame Shock dots going, but it still seems quite low. Or if the proc rate wouldn’t be increased, the duration needs to be increased to 10 seconds or GCDs removed for Lava Burst and Lava Beam (Chain Lightning) during Ascendance.

While I know other legendaries are better, the fact of the matter is this is a legendary, so it should be somewhat competitive.

Needs to be increased for Enh too. Pretty low on the attendance.

does it proc from overloards? would a high mastery build be better for it?

Believe it’s only casted lavabursts now. Use to proc off any lavabursts, even the ones casted when ascendance activated. Causing the “minigun” meme spec that could delete entire teams in arena if you got lucky with procs.
