Why the shortage of this stuff anywhere i go?
Where is a good place to farm this, if any left?

I tried for about two hours on my tailor to farm Deep Sea Satin in some areas suggested in wowhead. I did not get a single one anywhere I have tried. I have seen very little of it drop in the world on any of my toons.
I seem to get more from scrapping on my Pally Main, so I just keep sending it over to my alt for later use.
My primary source is 3 cloth wearers scrapping their WQ rewards. It’s not enough to run a business but it was enough to get to 150 Tailoring and make some small coin selling a piece of the new Sinister gear every couple days.
Used to be able to convert common cloth to uncommon cloth in previous expansions. Deep sea Satin does make cloth items more expensive than LW and perhaps BS items. Big time, many LW sinisters at 1000g while many cloth sinisters are 10000g.
