It was definitely a handy spell back in the day when we had our old mastery.
Still works good now. Orb build can spam ice lances into it. Can deep and glacial also. It would just be nice to have back for pvp also.
Not to mention the lack of a hard stun can be very annoying sometimes (like for instance those fighting little annoying adds that use Repel in SW horrific vision)

Sheeping them isn’t as satisfying as a stun
