Deep Breath, New Talent or Potential Glyph?

Today I encountered a bug with Deep Breath on my Devastation Evoker, it caused me to fly in the direction I desired but then it flew me back to my original location.
Kinda like a strafe to a destination and back towards the original location(Similar to using recall but you’re still Deep Breathing rather than instantly teleporting back).
The animation was amazing and this felt GREAT!
The strafe it did make it feel like I was a Dragon terrorizing a town.

It made me realize this should be a potential talent or glyph for Evokers even if it meant the talent would reduce the original damage by a percentage to make up for the fact that the player is Deep Breathing twice.

I do understand the potential problems in PVP could have but as Deep Breath doesn’t allow for the player to utilize other abilities or items until the cast is finished, I don’t see any problem as long as the total damage for the new talent or glyph stays effectively the same as it was untalented or unglyphed(no glyph).

Any opinions on this are appreciated. Let me know how you feel, what changes you would make to my idea or even if you believe it’s a dumb idea, any comment is appreciated! Thank you!

No way it’s a glyph. Blizz is now opposed to glyphs that change class gameplay by altering how a spell or ability works. In other words, we won’t ever get a glyph that seems to be mandatory for gameplay, only for cosmetic flavor.

I’m not against them designing a talent around it, but the idea of being animation locked for that extended period of time sounds horrible to me.
