Deck Defender Achievement Not Awarding

On Cata Classic, my raid group did Deck Defender tonight and the achievement was not awarded.

This happened again tonight. I wonder if the achievement tracking is not properly reset on wipe, although the first attempt linked above was the first pull of the night.
