Runes sucked since the beginning lol. But any time you said that, boot lickers came out of the wood work to throw their bodies in front of Blizzard.

A couple seriously underperforming specs needed tweaks for viability. We didnt need 20 new spells on every class.

I have found 3 portals in roughly 8 hours of running around / camping EPL / Burning Steppes. I have yet to receive a single Legion Portal Tuner. This is seriously unacceptable Blizzard.
There are so many other things I need and should be doing at 60, dungeons to run, reputations to farm. FUN TO BE HAD. And you somehow decided to double down on the awful phase 3 rift rune acquirement.
Please fix this.

ended up getting the tuner on my first rift so it might be hotfixed
Just getting the tuner isn’t the only issue. Finding a fel rift is the other. You can roam around BS and EP for 12 hours and not see one. It’s ridiculous.
I picked up the initial tuner on my first fel portal in EPL. I used all 5 charges on fel portals in Blasted Lands and my imp failed to bring back the second part of the tuner each time, so now it’s back to step one.
Still, at least there is a chance. Better than the Infernal Armor rune which actually is impossible since the demon doesnt spawn.

Everyone really complains way to much. It takes a day the only issue I have is most runes are pretty easy this one just a little more time. It’s not hard to find portals join a raid to find a rift then do the same. Fel scars spawn every 13 min rifts take longer
Which is the problem. I stood in the same place between two spawn spots for 5 hours and nothing spawned. This is a problem and should be complained about, get over yourself.
That’s why you need to form raid and when someone finds a portal call it out and wait for everyone to come then everyone sends the imp. If people aren’t forming raids then they are making harder for everyone. That’s why everyone is complaining because people aren’t doing it in a raid.

Now you guys get a taste of what us Tank Locks felt in Season 3 when we were trying to get our dagger…
800 or so Felscars later and still no freaking dagger. This team is the definition of incompetent. I can’t even imagine what’s it like for a new lock trying to get Piggys dagger now that the nerfed the logout skip…

A lot of people aren’t going to raid it because they know if they can get a tuner people will buy it. They also know if they get a “tuner tuner” that they can ask more for it. Or they just sell the overcharged version for even more.
On the other hand if you have an overcharged portal tuner that’s when you offer up a raid. Because when you use it everyone can send the imps through and you only need to set that raid up ONCE. I finally got the tuner tuner and that’s what I did on my lock anyway. Of course that only helped the people who were on at the time.
in a tuned portal I got 5 coal and 2 mageweave. the guy who made this should not be able to touch game design again give him a broom
