Debating on class again

i cant seem to make up my mind. now im stuck between mage or staying aug evoker

Play the mage and see if its more fun. If not, go back to evoker. Its not like you’re making some big permament life decision here. Its pretty easy to maintain a couple characters anyway.

Between those Protection Paladin and it’s not even close. Immunity, interrupts, everyone invites u to party and your damage is high.

You get a mighty Phoenix if you roll a mage.

make a mage and play both. Whichever one you play more for the next 30 days is obviously the one you should be playing.

I have been playing my DH since they were added in Legion but for the first time I am thinking of shelving it and going back to my very first character, a Rogue.

Make a drac mage. They have more mastery stat than any other race for mages. Last I checked.

i dont’ think aug has much value until you get into really high content. I tried aug for a bit and just didn’t like how my job was to make other people better at their job and it felt impossible to really know if I was any good at it.

I mean, the only real statistics I could track were buff uptimes. and if maximizing buff uptimes is the minigame I am going to play, I might as well tank and do that with ironfur or ignore pain. at least there, I know I am helping myself.

but maybe for you, if you like evoker, try devastation for a bit. you can be a fiery mage dragon.

I love mage, but evoker is very fun to play. The only reasons I don’t play evoker much is their shorter casting range and their transmog not showing in dracthyr form.
