The Death’s Shadow rare in Obsidian Citadel, The Waking Shores, has spawned on the rocks and is unattackable, and evades everything. It is running in circles on the rocks.

Still happening in May 2023… Blizzard PLEASE, new content is always welcome but, you need to solve old bugged content too… (Please solve Lucky Ducky quest too, Cinnam inside the cave are out of the phase, just move him 15 yards foward and everything will work …)
