Death's Arrival (Fatebound, Outlaw)

I was really excited for this talent. Being able to use Grappling Hook again instantly? Sign me up! Maybe this will help with the annoying bug where it goes on full cooldown without moving you at all, giving you a second to readjust and use it again! …Oh, you don’t get the second charge if it bugs out like that? Cool. Please fix this. Also, 3 seconds feels just BARELY not long enough, not enough time to loot and move (especially in delves with all the little treasure bags), not enough time to do a mini quest objective and move (usually 1.5 sec channel), etc. We’re sacrificing 5 seconds of the cooldown for this, so why not make the window 5 seconds? I think that would be more than fair.

Fatebound sounds great on paper but in practice I do not like it at all.

3 seconds is definitely to short of a window

Yeah the LOS bug in general, but the reason I brought it up was because I thought this second use within 3 seconds would help with that because at worst you could try using it again immediately. But the fact that it goes on full CD (+5 sec for the talent) and doesn’t even grant the second use is a slap in the face for a “hero talent”. Yeah, here’s 5 more seconds on CD that you have to wait every time this bug that’s been in the game for over an expansion screws you over. Like it would’ve almost been better if they hadn’t given us a talent for it at all. At this point I feel like they should just remove the extra 5 second CD if they’re not gonna fix the bug/keep the duration as 3 seconds. Like why are we getting CD trade-offs on a choice node talent for an ability that constantly breaks and screws us over to begin with? There’s already an opportunity cost in the choice node, and like I said, this is literally just making the bad situations worse by handing you 5 extra seconds on the cooldown when it bugs out for absolutely zero gain.
