Im posting on my sub rogue but have a sin rogue as well. Why is it recommended not to use Deathmark in your opener.?

Who said that? DM is 7th global in my opener.

Sepsis before or after rupture depending on CP

If you spec into Exsanguinate, you have to be careful of the timing because Exsanguinate will reduce the effectiveness of Deathmark.
