I acquired the Magic-Lined Manifold from the horrific visions and combined it with the Elementium-Plated Exhaust Pipe to make the Deathcycle Exhaust System. I used it on the Voidfire Deathcycle Frame and i didnt get completion on it. Now the item is gone and i have to rebuy everything and get the Manifold again (but its not showing up). Can this get fixed and item restored if possible?

You’re sure of this? There are reports this is just a display issue; it doesn’t show that criterion is complete but the tracking quest is completed.

People in this scenario also weren’t able to loot the item again from the vision, so even if you tried to re-do it, you can’t.
Thanks for the info. I did just run that script and came back as True. So maybe it is just a visual bug, i guess we will just have to wait and see next week when i finish the Deathcycle. Thanks again.

same issue here still a week late. I have completed all other parts of the cycle and this did not resolve the exhaust issue. Hoping there is a big fix coming as I could not re-acquire the manifold last week to recreate the exhaust item

Same here. Turned it in last week but still had the dialog option, this week it’s still there and I can’t proceed after turning in all the other parts.
Tried on mutiple characters last week and wasn’t able to see/loot the crate again.

I am a victim of this as well.
I went to finish up the bike today and saw that the exhaust wasn’t registered, despite turning it in last week. I submitted a ticket, and while the two GMs that spoke to me confirmed in the logs that I had obtained the exhaust and turned it in, they were unable to restore the item due to GM restrictions. I appreciate their prompt feedback, despite it being frustrating that GMs aren’t allowed to step in anymore these days, but isn’t their fault.
I am hoping for a swift resolution. I was very excited to finally get the purple bike this week, and now I’m just deflated and sad.

Same happened here, GM’s said “complain on the forums until the devs see it and deem it important enough to fix”

I am evidently also affected by this bug. I turned in the exhaust pretty quickly last Tuesday so I’m assuming it has something to do with that. Naturally I was unable to collect it again after doing so last week.
This is really dumb. I had every material ready for this feature’s launch so I could complete it ASAP because it’s the coolest of the 3 new cycles.

Yep, a very annoying bug and one that should be fixed quickly. Let’s hope.
My guess, after 11.1.7 :P, but that is how things are going for Blizz right now.

Honestly I doubt they even announce if/when they fix it. We’ll just randomly notice during a stormwind vision week that the crate is spawning for us again. Lol.

Has anyone gotten this to work yet? I am a little late in getting this done, and I am having the same issues. I have everything else complete for the bike, but there is no crate in the stormwind vision, and when I click on the bike, it doesnt give me any option to equip it. I am "pretty sure, but not positive I had combined the manifold and exhaust a few weeks ago, but didnt get around to equipping it to the bike right away, and now it is no where to be found in my inventory. Ive had a lot going on lately and working on multiple characters, so I cant remember for sure what I did when the visions first came out. 
Any help or info would be greatly appreciated
