Assuming death strike is being properly converted to shadowfrost, would the 15% extra scaling from RI stacks be worth it for blood boil / reaper’s mark / and death strike damage?
Not sure if simming accounts for anything more than the on hit proc of the enchant.
You forgot strength = + armor + parry
Death Strike doesn’t get converted to shadowfrost, it merely counts as shadowfrost for Reaper’s Mark. Wither Away is the better talent.
If you hover over the tooltip on your icy talons stacks, it reads “and runic power spending abilities deal Shadowfrost damage”.
Tooltips can be confusing, though. I wish they would use the same vernacular across the board to avoid any mixups.
Note: I don’t think for a second this will be BiS runeforge, but just wondering if there is some potential for off meta build fun with ST burst.
