Gnaw and Leap are toggling to be auto cast when logging into any DK of mine. I typically keep them toggled off as I have separate binds for them, but randomly when I log in to one, they are toggled on.
There is no pattern to it that I’ve noticed as sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesnt. This has never been an issue prior to TWW.
