I have searched for the Death Knight trainer that should be available only at Ebon Hold as the WOW wiki states, however there are no trainers there. Please advise.

All class trainers are irrelevant now, they are still present though. Lady Alistra, Amal’thazad and Lord Thorval used to train death knights. The only thing Alistra can offer is to change your summon gargoyle spell into summon valkyr.
that why i ask him, bc u dont use trainers anymore, so maybe he was doing a quest or a achivmenet or something
I am pretty sure class trainers also still help you queue for the proving grounds.
