At the one stage of this quest had defeat Lady Liadrin. At level 80, any attack could kill her in one hit, but she would immediately revive, the quest can’t continue. After some searching online, I learned that I should not kill her in one hit ,she would dismount, and then the quest can continue. I removed all my gear and used auto-attack, but it still killed her in one hit. I also tried using the Soft Foam Sword on her, but it appeared that I couldn’t use it on her. Is there any solution to this? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Oh. I struggled greatly 70 and ended up punching her. I don’t know how you would do it now.

Alright so I had to kill myself far enough from light’s hope to not get auto-rezd from the spirit healer near there, then I took rez sickness. Then I flew as fast as i could back to lights hope and sped to liadrin and punched her until it triggered the next step. I had to take all of my gear off, lvl 80.
This took me a couple of tries because my punches weren’t doing enough damage before rez sickness wore off. Also, using diseases didn’t help as they did too much damage. Death coil may work though.

I tried this, but only 60 secs of ress sickness isn’t enough … the foam sword should be the solution…
So after trying -so many things-, I found out if I took off all my armor, cast a death & decay slightly behind her so it hit her for 1 tick before she left it in her initial movement… It took a couple times, but I got her knocked off her horse.
Then I cast another death & decay and edged her along the very edge and she survived with about 5% health left before it triggered the quest as complete and let me continue.
Please note it’s not as simple as knocking her off her horse because you still can’t kill her once she’s off her horse. This reset for me several times, so I had to edge her for 1 additional tick along death & decay.
Things done out of frustration seem to win the day today cause if d&d hits her multiple ticks in the same cast, she dies over and over in a pile of her own corpses.

Can confirm this worked. Taking off all armor and dropping a DnD let’s it tick off her health just enough to where it doesn’t kill her, and you’ll be able to advance to the end of the quest.

I was able to do it by taking off all my gear except a Fyrakks Rageheart then taunting her and letting the passive aura damage her. That was at 70 but I don’t imagine the aura scales with level. You’d have to farm out a rageheart if you dont have one already though if you want to try it out.

Yes dnd works get naked cast just behind her and quest completes thx for the info, lvl 80 cant touch her or she dies quest complete
