Thought about this after seeing all the posts for Dark Ranger customization for Blood Elves & different color eyes for Death Knights.
What if we allowed Death Knights to have their blue/green/red eye colors, and also gave them a ranged spec?
Arthas raised a whole lot of Undead Rangers in addition to swordsmen, the only issue I can see is the Death Knight starting area specifically training player characters to wield runeblades, but we can probabaly modify it a bit to include “runebows” or something. Considering Sylvanas’s legendary bow, a weapon like this should be possible.
This would be a neat way to finally add Dark Rangers into the game with the pale skin and red eyes. A lot of people have also been asking for a new ranged class too.
Maybe if adding a 4th spec is too much we could possibly change Unholy to a ranged spec, kind of how hunters got one of their three ranged specs swapped to melee (if you’re an Unholy DK Fan please don’t hang me I’m just throwing stuff out there
