Do you honestly think, in a scenario where there’s an RP spender that’s > 50, that Runic Empowerment wouldn’t have the overflow % be for a second rune? Do you honestly believe that 100 RP would just be a 200% chance for 1 rune and not be split into 2 runes generated?
