Wowhead states that the new “Death’s Chill” talent for Frost is bugged in pre-patch, is that accurate? If that’s the case, then that kinda sucks.
Not sure, I get the buffs when I have the talent and my Frost Bolts are hitting 300k+ when they were only hitting 245k~. I think it is working, I have not tested to make sure!
