It's actually not that bad, I get it's not super fun, but it's not a bad stat.

It's the least exciting stat, which means it's not really sought after on gear.

Getting a piece of armor with Versatility on it is like your date telling you that you have a great personality.

Well, it's really only useful as a stat to stop damage. As a dps stat it's always garbage, but that choice is interesting.

Unfortunately...it doesn't work, because they took out reforging. Hell, if they had removed all reforging except for turning a stat into versatility it wouldn't be nearly as bad.

I know I'm in the minority, but I really wish every piece of gear I had with Vers on it was replaced with Leech.

I will gladly trade any versatility you have for all my mastery (either WW or MW, both have awful mastery ratings).

It'd be nice to get a gear upgrade and not try to replace again asap because it was poorly itemized. Too bad we don't have a tool in game that would allow us to take away some of a lack-luster stat on gear and turn it into something more useful.

Maybe they could invent a tool to do that, and put it into the game?

Versatility is pretty straight forward. Either I'll heal more, do more damage and / or take less damage.

Thanks to versatility my tank says, "That tickles, was it supposed to hurt?"

Versatility is solidly middle of the pack for most specs. Usually there's at least one stat well below it on the list. It's not super exciting, but it's far from the worst.
