(this is on behalf of my little mechagnome who just got the quest to go to Mechagon) -

My dearest Tinkmaster, are you blind? Or just addlepaded from sniffing to much gear oil? I AM a Mechagnome and from Mechagon. Why you are making me go through this ridiculous quest to get back to my home is beyond me. Really. Are you part of the grand time played metric conspiracy or merely daft?

Please take a cookie from Grumbles and consider these thoughts before wasting the time of anymore of my mechanized brethren.

After doing a few quests for that guy I’m pretty sure none of his screws are tightened properly.

I never thought I could dislike an NPC as much as I dislike Gallywix, but I have to admit Overspark is a very close second.

I have to admit the top of my current list for dislike is still Magni, our little lord of exposition. At the end of the expansion I want to melt him down and turn him into a set of souvenir candy dishes.

I’m pretty sure the only things he’s good at are self-promotion and taking credit for others’ work. If he were in the Harry Potter universe, he’d be Lockhart.

I’ll get the torches, you get the ropes.

I normally adore a Scottish accent, but after BFA I don’t think I ever want to hear it again. I’m half surprised we didn’t get a three hour long quest chain from him where we have to undo a curse he put on his brother.

“Aye Champion, es gud yer ‘ere! Ah turned me brother inta a burr!”

I cringe every time I get a new alt to 120 and have to go through all his quests again.

At least Gallywix has a sense of humor.

Everything about Overspark is unlikable and makes me want to break my “no punting Gnomes” rule.

Gallywix’s sense of humor usually involves exploiting others in some way. I don’t particularly enjoy his idea of humor.

Overspark is insufferable, but at least he isn’t actively doing things to harm the planet for profit. (At least as far as I know.)
