RNGsus space goat sacrifices need to be random to appease the god of randomness. Sometime you need to sacrifice gnome, sometime actual goats, sometimes real space goats…
Sometimes you get that titan forge on a 285 piece of quest gear and get a giant 350. Sometimes it comes on your bonus roll…

There is your problem you have to sacrifice gnomes or goblins depending on your faction. The gods of rng really like gnomes just remember 2 goblins = 1 gnome.

What I did to get good gear is to throw down a keg of ale next to the m+ chest or the boss you are looting. RNG Jesus enjoys his ale and we enjoy our new 425ilvl gear, fair trade. This is scientifically proven to work, my drunk pandaren friend said so.
RNGesus requires sacrifices alright but…I don’t think he actually does anything on return.
