The run actually goes faster if you stop at the boss, take a second to make sure everyone’s there, and then pull the boss.
Just did Jade Temple. Tank pulled boss before everyone was on room. Fight took forever in part because one DPS got shut out.
Would have been faster if the tank just stopped, made sure everyone was ready, then went in.

That’s probably true, however, they’ve been bullied for not "GOGOGO"ing fast enough before, so they pull like this now.
I agree, but pug tanks are going to get blamed for going too slow, blamed for going too fast, blamed for skipping, and not skipping optional content. Sometimes all in the same run. This is why the wait times are so long.
Or just make it in the boss room on time. There’s nothing to do after a pull as a DPS that you should be so far behind that you can’t even be in the boss room before it locks.

Eh, seems like most people I do Twink runs on my level 10 Brewmaster love it when I burn through dungeons faster and most of the time they are trying to keep up lol.
Though this just be my experience though.
Sounds good to me. The 3 sword-roles all do double digit dps anyway.
