If you want to win without forcing games to go so long that alliance just quit, please, stop capturing stonehearth graveyard and forcing alliance players who die on to defense making the game take longer, after killing bal (or ignoring it if they’re waiting) go to stormpike graveyard and capture that, capture everything in dun baladar as a zerg while rogues capture bunkers.
Bring back the TBC / WOTLK strats that worked and didn’t turn games in to 50 minutes snoozefests that genuinely give nothing worthwhile after 10.
Stop fighting on the road, there are routes around the choke points that you keep sitting at, fighting over for 10 minutes flat.

You can go left to get to the back entrance to dun baladar, there’s two ways in and both are relatively easy to jump up.
Split them early by capturing anybody slow with ice novas and wiping them, and have a small group portal back with trinkets if too many get by, you don’t need 30 people to defend and stop them from engaging at all, you just need enough people to keep them out while the main zerg kills van
so instead of flipping the meta on them you’d rather just make the game take so long that people would rather quit and requeue after 20 cause that’s better for rep and honor?
