If you’re going to decrease the drop chance of scrolls after using Azure Scrying Crystal for the achievement Scroll Hunter then at least decrease the amount of scrolls required to collect for the achievement. I’ve spent a full hour collecting treasures/killing rares all to get nothing from it. What’s the point in even buying it then if its ineffective? Such a waste of my time.
I’m not saying you can get double the points for the achievement if you spam click the treasure (if it’s not a bird).
I’m not saying anything, you didn’t read this, your brain did, don’t trust it.

I did the Meta, let me share with you how I did it effectively.
The Azure Scrying Crystals MOST DEFINITELY work, and are THE BEST way to finish this achievement.

Understand that when you loot a scroll while having the Azure Scrying Crystal, the buff is “spent” and goes away. That means, you need to “pre-buy” 10-20 Azure Scrying Crystals per run to save yourself some time.

Go to the War Creche, if you can change to Tank, even better but not required. Open your LFD tool, and queue to all the “War Creche” groups available. Someone will invite you in seconds. Run in and start blasting.

Soon as you loot a scroll, buff up again with a Crystal. Rinse, repeat. The route of the Creche is very straight forward. Do not linger in the lower zone. Go in, and kill your way to the Warden, then teleport back to the begining and start again. Keep this cycle till you run out of Crystals and need to buy more.
This strategy netted me about 20-30 scrolls in an hour. But you have to be Johnny on the spot with the buffs, so they keep looting.
Last part, as mentioned above… when it comes time to “loot” them, the Dragonscale Expedition ones can be looted twice if you spam click mid channel. Not all of the scrolls work like that. The Ishkaara ones for example cannot be “double-clicked”.
