Seems to me that a rogue should be able to pick that lock. Or an Engineer could build explosives to open the doors. If gnome engineers aren’t capable of such a device then maybe a goblin engineer should be enlisted.
With Blackrock Depths being revamped for the anniversary event, I would be remiss not to bring this topic back up…

BRING DOWN THESE WALLS! The roleplayers want room to graze and lean on stuff cooly! Think of all the practical applications. We can toss Goldshire escapees in the mines! They CRAVE THE TOIL! THE MINES YEARN FOR MORE PICKAXES!
Now that the Mechagnomes and Gnomes have reunited it would be swell if Blizzard would make Mechagon the new Gnomish capital. Make it bigger, and populated with NPCs.
