We wish :frowning: we have tried that as well. So far the death via cooking fire is the only way to walk through the doors in ghost form. I feel like this would be a really easy fix so Iā€™m hoping Blizz does it, and not just for Shadowforge but for everyone wanting more accessibility for immersion.

More empty living spaces would be great. I spent time in Boralus yesterday, first time just really walking around and exploring. I was shocked at how many painted-on doors there were. Open it up! Open it all up, I say!

I was exploring Shadowforge last night and it occurred to me that the Domicile is just about the coziest little barracks you ever did see! Beds, bunks, lots of chairs to relax in and tables to huddle around with your co-conspirators. Itā€™s a downright shame that such a cool little spot is blocked off to the RPing public!

Please, Blizzard! Give us our Domicile! The poor Dark Irons need a place to rest their weary heads!

itā€™s honestly kinda wild that they reduced how much of the space can be used, when they donā€™t even have to do much with it beyond throw NPCs in there who donā€™t do anything.
Thereā€™s an entire dungeon that dark irons can hang out in, along with anyone who did the recruitment quest, since that gives the character who does it access.

Also itā€™s wild that the most boring of Alliance cities became the hub. Ironforge makes more sense.

In the spirit of this thread, I think it would be so cool to have the hostile NPCs in the Cauldron and Angor Fortress turned into friendlies. Let us enjoy the vastness of our Dark Iron Empire without having to dodge hostile mobs!

I realize this would be a much bigger ask than simply unlocking a few doors, but we dwarves are nothing if not greedy! :smirk:

I can confirm on the beta that every race can now access the Dark Iron area so come on blizzā€¦let us explode! give us the room to have fun!

Hey Blizz, us again. Humbling requesting the doors be unlockable in all of the Dark Iron Dwarf starting area? Thatā€™s all we want for Winter Veil :face_holding_back_tears:
