Title. Just give a single, reasonable, reason for moonkin form being exclusive to balance? Now that moonkin got new customizations and the glyph of random appearance, you take it off? Sure, cats and bear did not use it, but resto did and, with the call of the elder druid + dream of cenarius talents, it would feel awesome.
The whole talk around hero talents was being able to “become the [insert class fantasy archetype] that you always imagine yourself to be”, the “feeling of it”, then, after receiving some of the must underwhelming and disappointing trees (ironic) of all classes, you take a already existing and functioning fantasy of our’s (at least resto’s) fantasy out? Why???
Put it back on the class tree, I don’t mind paying one talent point for it, if you so insist. Your rework is horrible anyway, at least I’ll have something cool to go after in that dammed tree.

It frees up a class tree point. I don’t care much for it being in the class tree, nor in the spec tree. If they wanna make Resto and Balance learn it or even just make it a regular form every Druid learns, that’s fine, but don’t put it back in the class tree unless it’s going to be way away out of pathing design so I can pick up my 5 yard range to spells without having to go through Moonkin form.
Now, I do understand your wanting it there to help with that talent section choice cause otherwise it’s bad to try n game around, but they could also just add in “casting wrath” to it kinda thing where you get to proc the effect after casting a single wrath in caster form for 10 seconds every minute.
