Dear Blizz,

When it was announced that you must be currently subbed to WoW just for the chance to get a beta invite. I was willing to Resub again simply for THAT CHANCE and so I did it, But saying NOW literally 1-2 weeks in, that a “limit” needed for testing has been reached & that CB invites will be slowing down when that was never even mentioned from the get go is such a bummer. Also the age of the accounts are being considered now? Really? I do believe that veterans should get priority but I for a fact all of that should have been said from the beginning instead of getting mine and many others hopes up and having them coming back to resub for the same reason I did just to hear this new “requirement”. I could care less about BFA, I resubbed simply for that chance thinking I would be chosen at random which is how normal betas work… Many others including myself want the full experience and that includes beta testing, yes I got the stress test invitation but that level 5 cap has to be a joke… I get its a stress test but It could have been pushed a bit further for the money no? especially when many are resubbing strictly for classic. I’m just upset that all of this wasn’t made clear BEFORE my resub. I would have just waited till August to sub if this was mentioned from the start. I wonder how much money was made from people resubbing just for that CHANCE to get beta access & end up hearing 2 weeks later that “the age of the account” is what is being considered. It was all a scam honestly & I feel like these “announcements” should be made VERY clear & reviewed 10 times before posting.

Trust me the last thing I want to sound like is some whiny b****, but I know myself and many others aren’t too happy about this recent “blue post” .

Tighten up Blizz.

I subbed on 2 accounts and “got in” to the stress test on both. Although I never actually got to create a character on either account during the test…

You didn’t get to create a char?

Weird… The servers must have been…

Under a lot of stress

“Once the stress test period is over, you’ll be able to continue playing on the stress test realm (up to level 5) until Thursday, May 23.”

Still not able to get on unfortunately. Wording could have been different in the email for sure

I will keep trying to login, but the text above is most pertinent

The “stress test” period is over but the servers still aren’t up and they said they would be available until tomorrow night.

I’ve been subbed since half of Vanilla, TBC then Cata and onwards, never been banned or had and thing negative on my account and I didn’t receive a beta invite. Take it with a grain of salt, it was a /roll to see if you got in and you needed to roll a 100.

Yeah the whole “age of the account” does suck. I originally started playing in 2004 along with my family and shared my acc with them considering i was like 11 at the time. Moved onto my own account many years later. Sad to see i may have been overlooked just for that fact.
