I like the old Deadmines, but I also prefer dungeons that have some sort of routing options. And even though over the years we have had things like TD and SD which are basically one way streets, there was still options to skip this or that, be it with a rogue (or BS/inscription), or just hug a wall to not pull everything. I don’t think Deadmines has anything like that, it’s all or nothing and that would be quite boring.
Chances are though if they bring it back it will be remade like Ulduman.
Personally I want them to bring back UBRS, the entire thing, give us a choice which route we want to take, what bosses we want to kill, pull 100% however we want, kill 4 of any bosses we want, make our own dungeon and routes.
I just want the whole original 1-60 overworld, the pre cataclysm overworld that is included in classic wow and classic wrath, to come back to retail on the whole as an option for chromie time.
That and For transmogs. It is the world I would choose to log out in. I would also choose it for every toon I leveled in retail from here on out also. Just simply the best.

new deadmines is soooo bad. I used to swim from stv to deadmines on horde as every new char and run it all day cause it was great. Once they changed it, it got a big ignore just like sfk/rfc. I feel breakeven on scholo at least but im glad they brought the old one back.
I love the revamped stuff. I do. But maaaannnn. I miss the old stuff as well.
I also miss ammo, aspects for hunters, exorcism for paladins, hurricane for druids, and a plethora of other things that have been cut from the retail experience for god only knows what reason lol.
The new stuff is cool. But why do I have to completely abandon the old stuff to experience it. Makes no sense to me now, and it didn’t make sense to me back in cataclysm expansion either.
i loved hunters in cata, esp with aspect of the hawk stance. made it so fun to play.
None of the classes really feel like classes anymore to me in retail. It can’t be that hard to combine a little bit of what made wrath and cataclysm awesome, and blend those things into what we now call retail wow.
I miss ammo to. Still have my quiver full of old ammo. To heck with that change. Completely anti rpg.
That was my first thought.
Ragefire Chasm could be done quickly enough, but Deadmines and Wailing Caverns are just way too long, no matter which side of Cataclysm one is talking about.
The addition of the Reagent Bag kind of indicates that it could be possible for them to add an Ammo Bag slot if they chose to.
Too bad #NoChanges is too powerful to recognize some better design concepts we could use today.

Dude old deadmines and old shadowfang keep are still some of the best dungeons ever made in my op. And the worgens in sfk had this really cool look to them.
Heck. I wish blizz would bring back all of the old pre cataclysm 1-60 zones, landmarks, quests, and dungeons. Would be a fun time in chromie time as well.
Heck. Make all of the old dungeons also have a heroic mode option to. I would roll through a full on heroic blackrock depths run. Would be pretty fun.

It’s seen touch ups curing cata and has bosses with mechanics ( heroic)
It has multiple routes you can take
It has some interesting skips you can do as well.
I think with some touch ups it would make a decent mythic dungeon.
They honestly just need to add all of the old deleted content back to the game. Biggest mistake they ever made in my OP.
We want the one with no mechanics?
Or do we want it to be the “original” one where they redo everything anyway
