Blizz just posted official patch notes and deadly brew being removed was taken out. Does that mean we keep it?
I noticed that too. I’m guessing it’s staying for the time being. They might want to see how people choose between that and shiv. My guess is that if almost no one takes shiv, they may remove it.
Basically, a free application of all three but at nerfed values, or an on command application of all three at higher values but with an energy cost.

That note wasn’t there last night, for sure.
Yah, seems like they re-added it recently. That said, when this was posted I checked on the PTR and Deadly Brew wasn’t there. But, assumed they may still be deciding on it. Oh well.
When I originally posted the patch notes, I got it from WoWhead (which copied it from the official patch notes). Deadly brew was definitely not mentioned in that post, it must’ve been updated later.
