  • Dash of Chaos
  • Looks can Kill
  • Isolated Prey
  • Fel Barrage

Vengeance

  • Shear Fury
  • Roaring Flame
  • Retaliation
  • Soul Barrier
  • Bulk Extraction
  • Revel in Pain
  • Feast of Souls
  • Ruinous Bulwark

The above talents are almost never taken in any situation. I understand the goal is to offer choice and variety to all types of players but these talents are mostly just “dead” by either poor pathing options or simply being undertuned. You could probably argue for others to be added but I tried to look at what is being used by most players in M+ and in Raids.

Talents like Swallowed Anger, Improved Sigil of Misery, Disrupting Fury and Chaos Fragments should be baked into the main talents. Spending a talent on these feels bad. Precise Sigils is a complete waste of a talent. You can macro the same functionality for free.

most of the havoc list is due to the extreme power the entire bottom of the left tree forcing you too take things like inertia, know your enemy, or essence break and having waste talents to build towards them in almost every build. Know your enemy needs moved or made a passive while break and inertia/momentum just flat out needs gutted or nerfed to not always be mandatory as they almost always are.

Isolated prey is definitely taken in PvP.
