Dead End Quest

Literally at a Dead End for this quest. “Woke up” Spoke to Orywena but when i head to speak to Zul’jara, theyre not there? Character is stuck there and can not move forward with quest line.

Wife & I discovered you MUST complete the previous chapters to get Zul’Jara to show up…we did that tonight and there she is…moving on now.
